1. General information

These terms of delivery apply to orders and deliveries made from Artezan Oy's online store to Finland. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

To order, please visit the online shop at www.cbdarctic.com. The customer must be of legal age (18 years or older) and provide correct and complete information when placing an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with Finnish legislation.
Payment methods:

  • Online banking fees

The payment intermediary will be [MTrustly].

4. Delivery methods and costs

We offer delivery to Finland via Matkahuolto.

Delivery options:

  • Matkahuolto Nearby package - Pick-up at the Matkahuolto pick-up point of your choice
  • Matkahuolto Home Delivery - Delivery direct to your door

Delivery charges will appear at the checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt. Estimated delivery time for Matkahuolto is usually 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery method and customer's location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) or in cases of force majeure.

6. Monitoring and receipt of delivery

The customer will receive a tracking code by email once the order has been sent. The delivery will be picked up at a Matkahuolto pick-up point or received at the selected delivery address.

If your parcel has not arrived in the expected time, please contact our customer service team at toimisto@cbdarctic.com.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused and unopened products under Finnish consumer protection law.

Return instructions:

  1. Please contact our customer service(toimisto@cbdarctic.com) before returning the product.
  2. Pack the product carefully and send it back to the return address provided.
  3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of the return, unless the product is defective or there is a delivery error.

Note! Cosmetic and toiletry products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

8. Complaints and defective products

If a product is faulty or incorrect, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement product or refund the amount by the original method of payment.

9. Limitation of liability

Artezan Oy is not liable for delays caused by force majeure. This includes, for example, natural disasters, strikes or orders by the authorities.
